Booking & Reservations
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-7 days in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. Popular time slots can fill up quickly.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes! You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking time for a full refund or to move to a different time slot.
Do you accept walk-ins?
While we do accept walk-ins based on availability, we strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and room.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Full payment is required at the time of booking for online reservations.
Gameplay & Experience
Are the rooms scary?
Most of our rooms are not designed to be scary, focusing instead on puzzles and adventure. The Haunted Mansion has some spooky elements but no jump scares or actors.
Can we ask for hints during the game?
Absolutely! Each room includes unlimited hints. Your game master will provide hints through a screen or speaker when requested.
What happens if we don't escape in time?
Don't worry! Your game master will enter the room, explain any remaining puzzles, and let you complete the experience. Only about 30% of groups escape within the time limit.
Are the rooms wheelchair accessible?
Currently, our Cyber Heist and Lost Temple rooms are fully wheelchair accessible. Please contact us for specific accessibility needs.
Group Information
What's the ideal group size?
Most rooms work best with 4-6 players. Smaller groups may find some rooms challenging, while larger groups might feel crowded.
Can children participate?
We recommend ages 12+ for most rooms, though younger children can participate with adult supervision. The Haunted Mansion is recommended for ages 16+.
Do we need to book the entire room?
By default, you may be paired with other players. For a private experience, you can book all slots for a room or select our private room option.
Is this good for team building?
Yes! Escape rooms are excellent for team building. We offer special corporate packages with debriefing sessions and catering options.
Policies & Guidelines
What should we bring?
Just yourselves! We provide everything needed for the game. Phones, bags, and personal items must be stored in our free lockers.
Are photos/videos allowed?
Photos and videos are not allowed during gameplay to preserve the experience for others. We're happy to take group photos before or after your game.
What's your late arrival policy?
Please arrive 15 minutes early for briefing. Late arrivals may result in reduced game time or forfeiture of your booking if more than 10 minutes late.
Do you have a dress code?
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Some rooms may involve crawling or physical activity.
